No, Trix is a person, because after Billy asks, "How's Trix?" Myke says, "I'm not sure. It's always feast or famine, but lately, I've been having many different bed friends." Then Billy says he's experiencing a famine as far as bed friends are concerned, but having a "feast" of hospital beds. It sounds like Billy has been in and out of the hospital, and is talking about actual hospital beds; he's using the same terminology that Myke used, and joking about getting intimate with a bed. But having said that,Trix definitely sounds like a person who Myke used to have sex with, but perhaps hasn't seen lately.
