I can't tell if that's a helipad or a miniature map of Atlantis. It connects directly to Zorro Road from there (follow the trails, is what they do in NM)
Green pool is livestock tank. Odd circular areas are erosion control, other oddities related to livestock (horse facility south ranch, cows or sheep at livestock tank) or dirt bike tracks.
Underground housing unlikely in this area for several reasons...
