We should all know what Pegasus is by now. The Project/Lovechild or JA. This is a building behind houses and only access is through the alley and it is 1 house down from a park where children play. Also, said park historically was a Trolley Turnaround site.
Found some more photos here.

Can anybody read the note on the door of the last photo?
Also found this. https://i.sli.mg/BqzHXl.jpg are these stairs going down from ground level?
Also, has anybody considered using all our Pegasus materiel to try and make a 3d map of the building?

In your link to more photos, I noticed the photo credits include "furcafe." I thought that was a weird name for a photography biz so I looked a bit further. Here are some things I noticed on his social media pages. Probably not that meaningful, but...
furcafe is a guy named Christopher Chen.

Is this Podesta in the poster that says: "Our Culture. Our future"? http://archive.is/61jGo

That poster does however give credibility to gameofthrones guy because Alefantis kept on saying to him "its your culture", ive never heard of that, maybe thats important verbage to them

I thought the same thing. Otherwise, it's a remarkable coincidence.

I've never heard the 'it's your culture' expression before. Certainly not the way Alefantis uses it.
