We should all know what Pegasus is by now. The Project/Lovechild or JA. This is a building behind houses and only access is through the alley and it is 1 house down from a park where children play. Also, said park historically was a Trolley Turnaround site.

The shape of his eyebrows are really different, also ears of chickenlovers are smaller. His cheecks are flat while CL has more round cheeks.
