We should all know what Pegasus is by now. The Project/Lovechild or JA. This is a building behind houses and only access is through the alley and it is 1 house down from a park where children play. Also, said park historically was a Trolley Turnaround site.

Only the back building 3518 Rear 11th street. The row-house, 3518 11th street is owned by Boris Tochlin. It further adds to the surreptitious nature of the place knowing how ambiguous it is to locate/identify.
