It was written or published in 1992. Isnt that the timeframe of the Franklin discovery? We know that was a big coverup amongst many levels of power
Yeah, around that time. I've seen the Franklin Scandal being around 1989-1994. This book references things pre-1989, but was published in 1992. Pretty interesting. Also keep in mind that this is the 2nd Edition. I'm not sure when the 1st Edition was published (if ever).
