It seems that Pizzagate Gear filed a police report, and got a business card from the police.

The mods read the post titles/descriptions, and the text portions. They then see if any of that breaks the rules. The post then gets deleted if they break the rules. You can see the deleted posts, by clicking on "Removed submissions" at the bottom of the side bar.
