The business card came from another user. He shared it with me, and claims that Pizzagate Gear shared it with the community.
The report is something that I found, because the Galveston police department said to look it up online. I went to their site, and clicked links until I came to the appropriate site. I then searched for the case number. The police department confirmed over the phone to me, that all of the information on the card exists. So, we know that it wasn't created by random numbers and just photoedited in.
The third image was provided by redditsucks [or whatever his name is]. I don't know how reliable it is.

Do you have the link to lookup the case record via Galveston's site. Tried but no luck.
Also, where did both of these documents come from. Did IsThisGameofThrones submit himself.. just trying to find where they originated.

I don't have any other information. I don't know who Galveston is and I'm too lazy to check.
