Dr Watcher is unquestionably Amanda Kleinman or at least a female, no reason to believe it isn't her.
I No Love / Heavy Breathing is manly and the mouth matches Alefantis + he has a cameo in that video (the one with the kid in front of the tv) as a tongue.

There is a big difference between the Majestic Ape we see in ApesDC and the one that appears in Heavy Breathing's I No Love video.

Holy smokes. "I No Love" definitely, those are man hands. That's disturbing.
The "Dr Watcher" I'm not so sure of. The hands are more feminine and aren't as muscular and square as in "I No Love".
Man those videos are disturbing. I can only watch a few seconds of them.
