Pegasus Kill room - Has any one else noticed the Kill room is on rollers so it appears most things can be moved - the Stairs hoisted ETC... (pizzagate)

Not sure what I'm looking at, top right bit blurry possibly a face of some very form
Looks like a head with something sticking out of nose mouth area. I can see the eyes, mouth, nose, and whitened dried hair. Female for sure.
Did u get my coat hanger comment? Look at the photo at the bottom with the coffee table, look on the floor below the table
