As Charles Ortel found and expands upon, on his website is fact that Clinton Foundation does not even have NPO, IRS approval to raise funds or do any charity work, beyond Arkansas museum archive/ research. That in itself should be what IRS and other govt entities use to stop and charge the Clinton Foundation. The fact that none are, says alot.

Aside, did you see in news that since Oct 2016, Hillary Clinton hired contractor to do mass renovations on her NY two homes , next to each other? A whistleblower alerted county zoning. Hillary had told contractor just a paint job, and turned into mass renovation, include caravel fill up a pool!! Major zoning violations. I read articles, but want to see the exact code enforcement violation write up. What timing to pedogate!!
Also, I found that hillary had hire a driver with many past tickets. Hillary racked up thousands plus, illegal park tickets in DC with her red porshe in fire zones and handicap. Dip Loretta waived the mass tickets, of course; AND right before subpoenoed hearing, the driver KILLED, being hit by car in parking lot!!!!
