He is a welder. So he was involved in the construction of Pegasus (w/ his company SquareFormDesign). The designer of this company is called Joe Wills. You can see that this is part of the Pegasus: http://archive.is/WMg4n
Interestingly they changed the windows on the wall of that side of the building after they made this design. When the steal workstation was finished there was two windows on that wall.

Yes i can. He seems to be talking to someone on the phone and in the park is a little child with a women, might be the mother or a nanny who also seem to be talking on the phone(not saying they are speaking to each other just something interesting to note)
