Years ago I went through a stage of reporting every pedo twitter account I found. Most of them were never deleted. I gave up after a while as there were just too many. Twitter is complicit in pedophilia by allowing those accounts.
I can only speak from my experience. When I spoke up about it on twitter, I received the worst images of violent abuse of a little girl and a woman that you could ever imagine. Even to explain what was shown would be vile. I showed it to a friend who's a member of Anonymous and she said it was the worst image she'd seen in her life (and she's seen a lot). I took everything to the police and I contacted the FBI. I never heard back from the FBI and the police did nothing.
