Can someone help? (Moderator to come up with some bullshit story as to why he/she has to delete this query in five, four, three, two....)

No, that was some "artist" whose "art" is displayed in Tony Podesta's home. This is an actual PHOTO, and that girl is a Brit. I have seen her before. Can someone identify her?
