John McCain's wife, Cindy McCain, serves as Arizona Governor’s Council on human trafficking and on the McCain Institute’s Human Trafficking Advisory Council. What else do we know about this?

It seems like the Arizona border would be a hot zone for child trafficking to/from Mexico and elsewhere. .

That was always his cover. Remember, Trump did another dog whistle w McCain by saying "I like my heroes to not be captured". This wasn't a statement made bc McCain wasn't on the Trump train.
