there is a jake raak who appears on two pages of the camp rehoboth picture galleries: http://archive.is/oXPMi

and 411.com appears to think that there's a william j raak who lives in rehoboth. not going to link to his address, but it's interesting.

The news articles say he is a business owner from Delaware, but that he is from Pennsylvania. I found someone by that name who bought a condo in DE for $10. Very odd. I am not sure I can link because it contains an address.
