I really don't think this is a pedo logo. I think you're looking too hard. Yes it's a heart within a heart but it makes sense given the name, small baby heart, baby love etc....
If you love your baby, you will buy them the best - because you love them... so you buy them BabyLove products.
Then I looked at their About Us page:

I think its too much of a coincidence for someone to just come up with a logo like this, especially when they name their company Babylove
