If that door was raised up it would be too tall for the back opening into McCullough. That door goes into the door opening on right. So it can be accessed from Alley. Probably pay for the "pizza" and they generate an access code so you can enter. Once done, kill it, dissolve, and rinse. Then they stock it for the next customer. My theory about the service offered. Positive about the door though'

not the back opening - the side (right) door in construction pic goes to comet....I don't think you are seeing it the same way
