Not at all. That doesn't even come to mind for me. All that comes to mind is that he knows how to encrypt and decrypt CP. Another thing that comes to mind is my dad who retired from the military as an E7, he was in the tech department and he can run fiber optics cables and set up satellites for the government yet he will put his debit card info into a random pop-up window when Christmas shopping and get scammed online because he has no idea what an adblocker is. Lmao. Old technology experts do not adapt well to the new world of technology. John podesta included I'm sure. Encryption is an old thing, like him.
