Don't whitewash it. Sessions clearly does an extra swat or two after the hair is loose, then inserts himself between the girl and Biden and promptly walks off the stage. You can clearly hear sessions say '____ touch her,' presumably 'don't touch her,' while Biden says 'oh, what happened?'
