At some point when are the parents, the law enforcement, the judges and the social workers going to be held accountable for failing to do their jobs? Civil action is not enough, this is death and torture of a child. Meanwhile these police officers and mother and boyfriend, and teachers and social workers get to go on with business as usual. These are criminals protecting criminals, when will the public demand justice! How long will the public just stand by and let this happen? I fee
