They spent like 100.000.000 at least on injecting the "phrase" fake news into the public sphere Lets use it against them
Bathroom stalls are guaranteed to have no cameras (not legally binding ones) and in a high foot traffic area hundreds can see it in a day if you get every stall.. Plus stalls are for the most part non porus so cleanup is not a hassle for the management.. No real harm done.
Get a self custom stamp (11$ amazon) and stamp the tag line on all the money you get..

Shirts are a great tool to spread awareness. People commonly wearing these shirts will not only scare the hell out of those involved but it will help start the conversation for the majority of people who have never heard of pizzagate before. It's easy to label a group of people on the internet as crazy but much harder to label individuals who are your friends, family, or neighbor.
These shirts will help with organization as well. Nobody is scared of a bunch of people pounding on their keyboards. There's always a 1% fringe that believe in a conspiracy. They will be scared if that 1% organizes and begins to grow. Buy a shirt. Make a shirt. Stamp money. Talk to people.
