Doesn't fall under the meme category but this is some facebook spamming propaganda footage. Why is he touching the little girl so much. Usage as an appeal to emotion to your friends/family to get them to be sympathetic with the pizzagate cause. Not gonna lie I got a little angry watching this video...

You people must live sheltered lives if you think this is inappropriate. Biden could very well be a creeper, but this is not evidence of it. Head pats? Seriously? You think that's offensive or inappropriate? There are plenty of overly-touchy people who aren't pedophiles and this sort of witch hunt based on touchiness alone (NOT OF PRIVATE PARTS) is what ruins communities.
Heterosexual men in various African countries hold hands out of friendship, and here that would be viewed automatically as a homosexual act because we are a culture that is so perverted this is all we see.

Honestly, thank you for a response that actually points out something that bothered you the most. Like I said, head rubbing means nothing and most of the touching in most of these videos is actually normal or accidental.
I watched the video and I certainly see where the girl is uncomfortable. However, this video is in extremely low quality and does not adequately show that he is intentionally going for her nipples let alone pinching.
Have you ever considered how small a child's chest is compared to a man's hands? Now if we had a HQ video of him staring at her chest and going for her nipples, sure, that could be something. He's looking at the adult, holding the child by the chest (which isn't a sexual part until they are developing breasts), and likely has no idea what he's doing with his hands. She moves because she feels uncomfortable. Most children feel uncomfortable around adults they don't know, or even ones they do know. There are running jokes about kids not wanting to be pinched/kissed/hugged by grandparents, etc.
The most these videos show is that we have an issue with paying attention to a child's consent to being (non-pervertedly) touched by adults.
