Sounds like he has a cold, maybe bronchitis if he is struggling with breathing.
On Jan 20th though, this definitely will not change things right away. There are many things to investigate and hopefully we won't be spending time dealing with the total diplomatic chaos from what Obama is setting up right now. Just a warning in case people grow impatient.
