He says that comet ping pong is more of a showcase, and then the kids end up at multi-phase parties and are used by saudi princes etc. This would make sense to me.

How? I'm really intrigued. I honestly never heard of the case before. A quick search seems to show the killer targets adult female prostitutes. How does it work into PG?
