Just noticed that in the full picture, you can see that he has earplugs, work gloves (which look oddly familiar) and his shirt is dirty and he appears to be inside of CPP.
I know we've steered away from the CPP underground theory (pictures of digging in apparent basement) but maybe we were wrong? Maybe there is an underground element to CPP?
