What do you intend on accomplishing as a citizen investigator? Just curious. I mean, citizens cannot execute warrants nor do they have the kinds of tools that three letter agencies have. This really limits what a citizen can do without taking some very serious risks, like breaking the law.
Ummmmmmmmmm, you really do not know how this works, do you? The reason FBI is hamstrung is BECAUSE they are bound by laws and Clinton Foundation lackeys. Me? I have no confidentiality agreements, no obligation to a superior, no security clearance I need to worry about violating...GET IT?!
That makes sense. I think mylon was probably asking in a sincere way; at least for me, it's all unknown to me too, how anyone can go up against the evil of these people. I think everyone on here just wants you to be safe, before anything else.
