He places the Establishment, Mockingbird Media at the top and Alt Media at the bottom in terms of credibility? Really?? I don't like or appreciate the smell of that. Now, he may have some good reason for doing this but it has not been clearly communicated to my satisfaction.
He wants to be accessible, simply put. You could show his work to your coworkers, neighbors, family members and they could follow along without any big "flags" (in their minds).

Agreed. One day the alt media will be the media, but sadly we are not there yet.

I told some people about the "citizen journalism" going on online (not mentioning pizza) and the general response was: "wow, thats the future!"
