I don't know who flaired, but I can see their point. I saw this article posted yesterday. The article includes art that makes it seem unserious/tinfoily, and also makes some claims that are false (Satan and Saturn do no share word root) and unfounded (linking pizzagate to "blood drinking" and organ trafficking). I'm removing the flair, though.
I want to know who flaired it so they can give the reasoning themselves. This is not a good practice to be interfering in people's discernment process. There was not a single comment in the post that disputed the accuracy of information presented. MODS must be held accountable for their actions, as well as actively practicing restraint due to the nature of power and potential for overreach. This is not your investigation - it is ours. Stop interfering. Thanks for removing the flair, even though it has now called my credibility into question. Think like a user.
You have to realize that many users only read headlines and upvote based on that, so the mod's intent there was to give users a heads-up so they will look at the content before voting. I hope you don't take it personally. This isn't about our individual egos. It's about bringing down these child-abusing evil shitbags. :-)
Are there MOD or Janitor guidelines for flairing? If not, there should be a policy of reasoning and transparency. This would not only be for users, but for the MODS as well. Not knowing who within your small group that is taking action is leaving you susceptible to bias and at worst corruption and hidden agenda. Know that there are very bright people on here with highly tuned discernment. We are living in a world of sleepers. It requires us to be sharp and vigilant.
I agree that mods need to leave a comment when flairing a post. It was probably one our newer janitors who flaired this one. I will message the other mods about it.

Thanks for being receptive. The more trust we can generate between one another the better equipped we will be to weather the disruptions.
