Not a lawyer but if you swap products, say children to cocaine - it would take 1/100th of the circumstancial evidence presented here for there to be a massive investigation.
I think there is hope.
No one thought anyone could touch the Catholic Church and the New England states showed everyone. Even Ireland threw off the yoke of the church.
When that scandal broke many silent victims became vocal and gave each other strength.
So perhaps something like that will happen with pizzagte.
