Discord is what v/pizzagatewhatever tries to be - a loose chat room forum

kinda like Slack or Skype or TeamSpeak.

Makes it a LOT easier to voice/type our thoughts without fear of spamming submissions

So ones can't safely use discord or riot if don't have for on know or have access to tech savvy things?/ If that is true, and ISP can be traced, ones should know for their RTS to be safe. Can nes specify safety, please?

you need to use Tor for voat.co or Discord or Riot to be untraceable. Kinda only works well from a desktop, though afaik
