Am I imagining things or is this the same child? (Girl from jimmycomet's Instagram, the one with hands taped to table)

Image from this YouTube video which is interesting in itself, it's no one speaking, just images/text but it strictly deals with all the symbolism and what everything means (pizza, ping ping, balls etc) 12 minutes but worth a watch.

It's either the same girl or they are sisters. Someone outlines the family on 8 Chan. They now live in the Pacific Northwest.
