This is why Trump remains an enigma to me. The establishment wanted him in the primaries, but then things went haywire. They didn't talk about him like they talked about the controlled opposition. They really hated him, and were willing to risk their credibility to stop him.

I suspect he will be a good guy working as hard as he can within the constraints placed on him.

I can't find the link now but David Seaman had a good video about Trump. He said that as a journalist they would get info on different celebs or politicians, like whether they were different in person than their public persona. He said people always had positive things to say about Trump and when he interviewed him he thought he was a really nice guy who had actually taken the time to do an interview w his little podcast. So insiders loved him until they realized he could win and he had the right people feeding him the intel they don't want him to have bc they don't have a way to control him. They desperately tried to dig up dirt on this guy and had to resort to paying random women to say he was an ogre. If they had had anymore material besides that Access Hollywood tape, trust me, they would have released it.

I agree with your assessment of his character. I do believe, however, that the regime has some dirt on him. Not nearly as bad as anything we're investigating here. But they probably have him for SOMETHING related to his business.

A bribe to do business in another country or get a permit. Things like that.

Bribe for a permit in New York construction, business with corruption in another country, would people even be surprised? Or care?

My only thought is that Trump & Wiki Leaks were playing a bluffing game with HRC. Probably what they had on her was way worse than what they had on him, but they negotiated a type of "truce". I've heard the argument made that "it's too bad", the truth about what is essentially pizzagate, and therefore this was Trump trying to save the public. It's a bit of a stretch maybe.

Of course there's business related crap. That's honestly par for course in NY. You don't get where he is in business, in real estate, in NY without bending some rules and using things like imminent domain. If you look back through those DNC emails there were people looking for dirt related to his businesses and couldn't find anything shocking so they still decided to use the line of "he's a bad business guy" without backing it up. Their other strategy was w the women and when good ole Billy Bush spoke up that they had that secret tape they thought that would be the thing that ended his campaign bc they knew they had RINO's who'd jump on board asking him to step aside. Any other dumb shit Rep. would have taken the bait and stepped aside. But that's not who they were playing with lol

Spot on.
