Instead, at the 1:49-2:00 minute mark these lyrics are substituted; walked out of rhythm for the bridge of the game cause I heard (JENNIFER) come passing the blame, I think it could of bite down, it's a shame cause the rats took a tear down along with her name. This is hard to hear even at half speed, you have to repeat just a few seconds at a time over and over. Again I'm open to other interpretations of the lyrics. I really think these people in The Apes either know something or actually participated. This song was sung by them 10 years ago even though the video was uploaded in 2014. I'll try and get scans of the artwork of their CDs uploaded. The artwork has recurring themes of places that may be actual crime scenes. Of course this may all be a make believe world created for their "concept" albums but with all the other stuff going on in Washington DC it seems liklely to be describing REAL events.
