Thanks for the link. I've never thought of the trafficking issue at the transactional level. That excerpt really goes a long way to show how "commodity-level" children are when you are the bottom of the human food chain. The same way other cultures eat dogs and take human fetus tissue in pill form to cure who knows what, kids can be sold/traded/discarded. When you have 4M people in a city designed for 150,000, bad shit happens.
