Gusifer / Guccifer coincidence? Podesta cousin started business called Gusifer LLC in 2005 (pizzagate)

So I can't figure out what the Gusifer business does, but the name coincidence is too much not to post and ask if anyone can add more details.

T & J Podesta's cousin Patti Paule-Carres started a business called Gusifer LLC in Winchester VA in 2005. I can't find that the business does anything. Based on the abundance of emails between them, she is very close to her Podesta Cousins. Her only other online/professional activity I found is selling marmalade with daughter Larissa on Etsy.

You all know that Guccifer was name of hacker that exposed the emails a few years later in 2012/13.

I wouldn't bother with Patti Paule Carres except the word Gusifer invokes both the original email hacker and "Lucifer" (or Satan) and that all goes towards pizzagate. (ps. I'm going out for the afternoon, won't be responding to comments til late.)

Also registered at this address is David Adams, Counsellor, and Shenandoah Family Institute, which is a 'Psychological Facility' and also Dr Glenn Paul Carres, a clinical psychologist.

So seems like a building out of which several psychologists/counsellors run their practices?

There is also a Shenandoah University nearby, so I'm guessing they share the building with some pretty rich people if they have a University?

Apparently Gusifer LLC was also registered at 400 Glen Lea Ct, Winchester at some point. This record says that Tony Pedestal also used to live at this address along with many of the Carres family and some of the Paul family. NOTE this info on the "Dr. Glenn Paul Carres" business: "The company has 2 principals on record. The principals are Glenn Paule-Carres and Patti Paule-Carres. And a Lawyer, John W Truban, who has registered 'Physician Business Solutions' with the 124 Amherst address as the principal address, but then he works out of a different address and with a different business, a law practice

Seems like there are quite a few businesses at that address. Could it be one of those addresses that companies just put down as their registered address, so the address ends up having sometimes thousands of companies registered to it, through a business-setting-up company?
