I'd say absolutely yes. David Icke and many others have documented the that satanic cults have believed to gain powers by drinking blood. It's been going on for thousands of years.

It has been said that someone who is scared releases a lot of adrenalin into their blood. If you then drink that blood it is like an adrenalin rush unlike any other apparently.

Could this be why they want to scare and kill children because the fear and trauma literally chemically changes their blood?
