They were practicing this tactic on us with telephone services. Like if you have a problem with your electric bill and you call customer service and talk to a computer for three hours, and push every key on your phone 100 times each, eventually you give up and pay the stupid bill that is 3 times the normal.
The trick is "you might as well be talking to the cat".
The only way this will change is if you prosecute and the second they plead the fifth, sentence them to death! By firing squad!!

NEVER EVER let a lawyer or a banker in ANY government position! That should be the 1st amendment!
