Brad Johnson. A climate change crazy who thinks that literally everything that happens in the world anywhere is due to climate change. Supported Sanders over Clinton. Apparently writes for the Huffington Post and runs a website called Hill Heat. He seems to take considerable care not to post any personal information online, so I can find nothing that would help explain why he sent a picture of a baby to John Podesta.
This website contains the following short bio:
"Brad Johnson is the Executive Director of Climate Hawks Vote Civic Action, the c(4) arm of Climate Hawks Vote. In recent years, he was the campaign manager of Forecast the Facts, where he launched the Don’t Fund Evil and Climate Silence campaigns, which convinced dozens of companies to stop funding the Heartland Institute and compelled the 2012 presidential candidates to engage on climate, respectively. He previously served as the editor of ThinkProgress Green. He has a master’s degree in geosciences from MIT and majored in physics and mathematics at Amherst College."

It's not having a baby that's weird, it's sending a picture of the baby to John Podesta - especially weird is attaching it to an email message that has nothing to do with his personal life and without explaining to Podesta why he might like to take a moment out of his busy life to look at a picture of a baby.
Yeah and his email ends by saying 'this is excellent:' the colon implies he is presenting something excellent, which could only be the baby picture as there's not text after it. Maybe the baby picture appeared in the body of the email rather than as an attachment to be downloaded.

This is an odd one I found on a sidenote(ish). What does the attachment have to do with anything?

treating diabetes with "fresh" stem cells? "donated tissues"? hardly grave robbers if so, more like medical child killers.

Brad Johnson. He does like climate issue tweeting, nothing at first glance that seems pedo.

I wonder if he has a kid. If the baby in the attachment is his then it's not weird.
