Go to YouTube. Type in just the word "webcam." You will get a bunch of results like, "Webcam video from February 8 2015." If you take Google up on their autocomplete... (DO NOT ACTUALLY CLICK THE VIDEOS!)
Every single video is of a little kid. This is fucking foul.

Ok, I'll admit this is probably nothing, as was stated before the most likely explanation for the creation of these videos are technologically-illiterate kids uploading videos of themselves directly from webcams without renaming the output files.
However, that said JUST TAKE A LOOK AT THE VIEW COUNTS ON SOME OF THESE VIDEOS JESUS FUCK
The videos are a couple years old and named really vaguely. A normal view count for a video of this caliber would typically range from low double digits to perhaps a couple thousand views at the absolute most if the person in question has a very large circle of friends and acquaintances. Most of these videos have 50,000, 100,000, 500,000 and even over 1 million for some of them. That is not normal. So although the videos may not have been created for pedophilic purposes, without any doubt there are huge droves of people watching them for that very reason deliberately and unashamedly. There is no other explanation.

Some of the little girls in the videos I saw were wearing makeup, so unless they just happen to wear makeup every day, it looks like someone dolled them up for the videos (or they did it themselves). Those kids aren't making makeup blogs, and six-year-olds don't normally wear makeup on a daily basis, so make of that what you will. Also, I was wondering how the video thumbnails (the ones Youtube displays in its search results) are chosen. Because a lot of those initial images are very provocative, showing a nightgown or blouse falling open, a child sitting cross-legged, or a child's face with a seductive expression. If these kids are uploading the videos themselves, why are the younger ones choosing those specific images as the first image viewers see in the search results?
