capturelibservice.exe runs as a service under the name FreemakeVideoCapture with extensive SYSTEM privileges (full administrator access). It is installed with a couple of know programs including Freemake Video Downloader published by Ellora Assets Corporation, Freemake Video Converter version 3.1.2 from Ellora Assets Corporation and Freemake Video Converter version 3.1.2 by Ellora Assets Corporation. The assembly utilizes the .NET run-time framework (which is required to be installed on the PC).

It looks as though they make only 2 or 3 software titles and all related to video download/conversion and all of them install a mystery program that has system wide access and full system privileges. The files name makes it sound as though this is a video capture service, one might think it is related to capturing video downloads.
