We need to compile a complete list of individuals whom we know/suspect to be involved in pizzagate as well as a short description as to why they are suspected.

We also need to do the same for organizations, companies, charities ect.

I also pose this question to the community: Is an investigation enough? If this turns out to be real (and really, who here thinks that it isn't?) then can we truly be content with allowing our government to launch an investigation and deal with this internally? Isn't that a little bit like the saying "We investigated ourselves and concluded that we did nothing wrong".
