People don't eat pork that red. It's not safe to serve rare. So, unless that's a beef roast of some kind ... ?

Well, yeah, "Long Pork" is not actual pork in case you didn't pick that up....suffice to say I don't think Alefantis and crew would mind their "Long Pork" a little bloody.
Yes I got that. I was saying whatever it is, it isn't regular pork. So maybe beef or -- ?? At this point nothing would surprise me.
