I call bullshit. if one person discovered the actual keys they could write it on a piece of paper make a thousand photocopies and drop them everywhere. or take a picture of it and upload email and message it everywhere. or just copy and paste it.
As suspicious it is, that we have no sign of life from Assange, I can hardly believe, that he was not prepared and made everything dependent on internet access!
Assange and Wikileaks has been very professional. And only total technical dummies rely on the working infrastructure of the internet as insurance...
Additionally I want to add, without knowing the Wikileaks-DMS-system in detail, to my knowledge, the data has been spread a long time ago already!
It is encrypted. There is no need to spread it again.
All that is needed is the private key for decryption. A few bytes! And there is no way, preventing a few bytes to be spread. One picture on a webpage could contain all data.
Even a small sheet of paper.
To me this description does not make technically sense at all. Lots of technical language, to make it seem important, but zero facts and most importantly: technically it does not make sense. IMO BS.
