I'd say with about 15.000% certainty that she was a very early successful MK Ultra/Monarch victim. I mean, just look at how she behaved during all those years in interviews etc. Apparently she had NO mental breakdowns or classical mind control set-back/flashback syndromes resulting in drug abuse or irregular behaviours. Noo, she was just the PERFECT mind slave. Like the perfect prototype, you might think? Quite extraordinary actually that she never once said anything incriminating towards the people that were involved in her being groomed as a world-renowned child sex slave star...
That's plausible, but very early. AFAIK no one was even thinking about this until the 1930s, and it didn't take off until the late 1940s/early 1950s when we recruited the Nazis into our intelligence agencies.
