I think you're correct. Rudy Giuliani does not have a verified Twitter account and is not on Twitter

Funny way to burn an established fake account. If you google search "rudy giuliani" the second result is that account. He mentioned them being able to make up video of him saying the tweets are fake, too nutty as well.
Are you saying that the account is legit? Giuliani himself said he doesn't have a twitter well before all of the pizzagate investigations.
