So the web-site LockedPost.com is just like any other web-site - so it can be taken down, but the posts it displays are pulled from a network which can't be taken down. I have released code examples showing how anyone can display all the posts made (so as the site grows - you will see mirrors of the posts being displayed on other web sites). I am also currently working on a ZeroNet.io site which will mean the site cannot be taken down.

and why in the U.S.?

Just went with .com as a lot of people instinctively just go to ServiceName.com
Hosting location will change - this is very early stages of the project.

thanks for the reply
i assume you are aware .com is subject to take-down by the U.S. gov, which i think challanges your claim of uncensorable
regarding decentralised, can you explain what you mean, because it seems like this service is dependent upon a central server(s), or am i wrong?
thx
