With large segments of the US military getting moved out of the country, congress intimating a threat to block Trump from office on false grounds of him being a "Russian agent", the ever looming possibility of a "natural" disaster or false flag enabling Obama to declare martial law, Obama telling the military to question Trump's authority as president; I would say that there is a hard coup in the works.

I suspect that is a big part of why Trump has surrounded himself with generals. It wouldn't surprise me if the renewal of the birth certificate controversy was something arranged by Trump via proxies to further impress upon the public that Obama is an illegitimate president, therefore attempting to dissuade him from actually blocking Trump from taking office.

And even if Trump gets inaugurated on January 20 it is still possible he'll get impeached on false charges, in fact Sen. Elizabeth Warren already introduced a bill to impeach Trump if he fails to separate himself from his business ventures; I can see this potentially leading to a civil war scenario as well. We are not out of the woods yet.
