I do, but the mods do not remove anything and when 1 out of 10 users has the power to downvote, then everything is upvoted and nothing can be downvoted.
I've been reporting and have a mod ping copy paste that I've been using. I also try to explain to the user that has posted why their post is breaking the rules and how they can hopefully improve it.

Change starts with you. Point it out. Report crap posts and tell people how you think they could improve them.
