Note that the author of this article, Kim LaCapria, also authored one of the most absurd Snopes articles I've ever seen, the one about Eric Braverman: ( http://www.snopes.com/eric-braverman-seeks-asylum-in-russia/ ). Notice that the article appears to be published unfinished (it never gives information about Braverman's disappearance or whereabouts and has gone entirely without update in the nearly two months since his disappearance during which we've heard about the credible theory that the FBI used the Russian asylum theory as a diversion tactic in order to move Braverman. (Not that I necessarily know the FBI has Braverman, but I hope that is the case.)
